    Mindy has been teaching yoga for 22 years and incorporates the many facets of yoga into her teachings far beyond just the poses and proper alignment. You will experience Shakti (divine creative energy within), mantra, mudra, living philosophy, Vedic wisdom, the chakra system and so much more when you attend her inspiring classes.
