Join Mindy at True Nature Healing Arts in Carbondale, CO every Friday for an inspiring yoga class that will reconnect you with your heart, heal your body and clear your mind. By letting the divine feminine energy, Shakti, guide your practice, you will explore asana (poses), tap into your intuition and clear energy blockages leaving you feeling refreshed, free to be you and ready for the rest of your day.

Mindy has been teaching yoga for 22 years and incorporates the many facets of yoga into her teachings far beyond just the poses and proper alignment. You will experience Shakti (divine creative energy within), mantra, mudra, living philosophy, Vedic wisdom, the chakra system and so much more when you attend her inspiring classes.

Join Kat & Mindy for a journey to reveal your authentic self. We will honor the energy of the full moon eclipse as we dive deep into the shadow realm and emerge embodying the light. This is an active moment in the heavens. Thee is a full moon in Taurus and Lunar Eclipse: Hunter's moon reaches its peak illumination at 2:24 MST during the ceremony. This is the first full moon since the equinox. The name comes from the urgency to hunt and stock up supplies for the cold winter ahead. Astrologically this is meant to help us find the confidence to get our needs met and potentially get out of our comfort zone. Together we will search for and find our inner light during the dark season.

Malas are intentional, sacred jewelry and prayer beads that are mindfully made and make beautiful heart-full gifts. This workshop is designed for people who already know the basics of making a mala and are ready to start designing their own sacred pieces.

Come explore our clean crystal apothecary shop at this local mountain market focusing on handmade and local goods. We will have our beautiful crystals, malas, candles, tea, crystal water bottles, and herbal products for you to experience in person!

Join Mindy for some delicious herbal tea while you shop all our Clean Crystal Apothecary items, all of our crystals (many of which are not on the webstore), a meditation for peace at 1:00 and wrap it all up with a unifying kirtan at 5:00. Free to attend the open house and meditation. Kirtan is $20.
