Welcome to SOULutions Path. By accessing or using this website, the SOULutions App, and any associated services, products, or programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). Please read them carefully before using our platforms.

If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our website, app, and services.

1. About SOULutions Path

SOULutions Path (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides spiritual wellness tools, sacred teachings, online programs, digital and physical products, and access to the SOULutions App — a transformational platform offering guided practices, rituals, meditation, and community-based support.

These Terms & Conditions apply to:

  • SOULutionsPath.com (Wix-hosted website)

  • SOULutions App (hosted via third-party app platform)

  • Shakti Soulutions Shopify store

  • Stripe and Kajabi-based purchases (Kajabi will be phased out by June 2026)

  • Any digital courses, downloads, workshops, or coaching sessions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of our website, app, or services, you agree that you:

✔ Are at least 18 years old
✔ Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions
✔ Will use the site and app responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws

If you purchase products, join the app, or participate in our programs, additional terms may apply.

3. Use of Our Website & Materials

All content on SOULutions Path — including text, videos, audio, rituals, meditations, graphics, brand names, logos, and digital guides — is owned by SOULutions Path or licensed to us.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials

  • Share your login information for the app or programs

  • Use any content for commercial purposes without written consent

  • Upload malicious code or attempt to access restricted areas

You may:

  • View, enjoy, and use our content for personal and spiritual development

  • Share public-facing resources with proper credit

4. Purchases & Payments

We process payments through:

  • Stripe (app memberships, coaching, digital products)

  • Shopify (Shakti SOULutions physical products)

  • Kajabi (legacy courses and subscriptions until June 2026)

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate billing information

  • You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method

  • You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with purchases

5. Memberships: SOULutions App

Membership options:

  • Monthly

  • Annual

  • Lifetime (when available)

Billing Terms

  • Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless canceled

  • You may cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

  • Refunds for app memberships are generally not offered due to the nature of digital content

  • Lifetime membership is a one-time payment and remains active as long as the app is operating

Your access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, sharing login credentials, or violating our guidelines.

6. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital offerings include eBooks, guides, journals, masterclasses, audio practices, and courses.

Because these items are delivered immediately upon purchase:

➡️ All digital product sales are final.
(Unless required by applicable law.)

If a file does not download or is corrupted, contact us and we will ensure you receive a working copy.

7. Physical Product Sales (Shakti SOULutions Store)

We offer malas, candles, sprays, oils, and other sacred tools.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Colorado, USA

  • Shipping times may vary based on carrier availability

  • Buyers are responsible for customs, duties, and import fees

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the energetic nature of the products we sell:

➡️ Returns are generally not accepted.
➡️ Exchanges may be possible if an item arrives damaged.
➡️ Contact us within 7 days of delivery for support.

8. Coaching, Workshops & Services

Coaching and spiritual guidance are not medical, psychological, or legal services. By booking:

  • You agree that you are responsible for your own choices and wellness journey

  • You understand results vary based on your participation

  • Refunds are not provided for completed or active services

Missed sessions may be rescheduled at our discretion.

9. Disclaimer

SOULutions Path offers spiritual education, wellness practices, and supportive tools — not medical or psychological treatment.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from app use, coaching, rituals, or products.

If you have medical or mental health concerns, please consult a licensed professional.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • SOULutions Path is not liable for any direct, indirect, or accidental damages from using our website, app, or services

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality

  • Your use of our platforms is at your own risk

11. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us.
Our full Privacy Policy explains:

  • What personal information we collect

  • How we store and protect it

  • How third-party services (Shopify, Stripe, Kajabi, app host) use data

By using our services, you consent to these practices.
