Refund Policy

Services + Programs Policy (SOULutions Path)

At SOULutions Path, every offering is created with care, energetic integrity, and deep devotion to your healing journey. Because our services and programs involve time, preparation, and a held container, this policy exists to support clarity for both you and our team.

Note: Refunds/returns for physical products (malas, candles, sprays, crystals, jewelry, etc.) are handled through the Shakti SOULutions shop policies.

1. Digital Offerings (downloads, meditations, replays)

All digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue, email us and we’ll help you resolve access.

2. 1:1 Sessions (Energy Healing + Private Sessions)

Because session times are reserved for you:

  • You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: full refund or reschedule

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: non-refundable

  • No-shows: non-refundable

 

If an emergency arises, please reach out. We’ll do our best to support you.

3. Coaching Packages

Coaching packages are a commitment to a transformational container.

  • Payments made toward coaching packages are non-refundable once the package begins.

  • If you need to reschedule sessions, we’ll work with you to find a supportive solution.

  • In rare circumstances, we may offer a credit at our discretion.​

4. Group Programs + Circles (Live Containers)

For live group programs (including the 4-Week Identity Reclamation Circle):

  • You may request a full refund any time before the program begins.

  • Once the first live session has started, refunds are not available.

 

Replays may be included (when stated on the sales page) and do not change the refund policy after the program begins.

5. How to Request a Refund or Change

Email ma@mindyarbuckle.com and include:

  • Your name

  • The program/session name

  • The email used at checkout

  • Your request (refund, reschedule, or clarification)

 

We respond as quickly as possible during business days.
