Because our malas, candles, sprays, crystals, and sacred tools are energetically based and often handcrafted, we strive to balance clear customer care with the unique nature of what we offer.
This policy outlines how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled across all Shakti SOULutions products and services.
1. Returns
Eligibility
We accept returns on a limited basis for:

Certain unopened or unused items (case-by-case)
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to the energetic nature of our work and hygiene considerations, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

Malas, bracelets, and jewelry

Ritual tools, crystals, and altar items

Aromatherapy rollers, sprays, and candles (opened or used)

Digital downloads, guides, eBooks, meditations

Courses, sessions, and gift cards

Sale, seasonal, or clearance items
How to Request a Return
If your item qualifies:

Email support@soulutionspath.com within 7 days of delivery

Include photos of the item + packaging

Wait for authorization before shipping anything back
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Returned items must be sent back in original condition
Once approved and received, eligible returns will be refunded as store credit unless otherwise discussed.
2. Refunds
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Issue store credit or a refund

Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are unable to provide refunds for:

Stolen packages

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Carrier delays outside our control
For high-value items, we recommend choosing insured shipping.
Digital & Energetic Goods
No refunds are offered for:

Digital downloads (PDFs, guides, music, meditations)

Courses, masterclasses, and workshops

Coaching sessions once booked

App memberships processed through the app stores
These items are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
3. Order Cancellations
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you honor the energetic and time commitment of this work by following our cancellation guidelines:
Cancellation Window

24 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Rescheduling

If you reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, your payment will be applied to the new appointment time.

Rescheduling within 24 hours is considered a late cancellation and may require a new booking.
Packages (5-Session SOULutions Coaching Program)

Sessions must be used within the program timeframe unless otherwise coordinated.

Missed or late-canceled sessions count as completed.

No refunds are offered once the program has begun.
Emergencies
If a true emergency arises, please reach out — while we honor our boundaries, we’re also human and compassionate.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, simply initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
