Like many seekers, my path began with a longing for peace — a desire to feel at home within myself.
Yoga opened the door. Mantra strengthened my voice. Motherhood broke me open in the most beautiful way. Through each season of my life, I discovered that awakening isn’t about leaving the world — it’s about learning to meet it with more love, courage, presence, and compassion.
Over the years, I’ve learned that true transformation isn’t about perfection.
