Below you’ll find our shipping timeframes, policies, and expectations so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order.
Processing Times
All orders are processed with care and intention before they leave our hands.

Processing Time: 3–5 business days

Handmade Items: Malas, bracelets, and specialty items may require up to 7 business days

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays
If you need your order sooner, please email us — we will do our best to accommodate.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
We ship primarily through USPS unless otherwise selected.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes (after processing):

US Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on country and customs delays)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed once the package is with the carrier.
International Orders

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days, this may be normal — especially during seasonal peaks. You can always reach out if you need help locating your shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Shakti SOULutions is not responsible for:

Packages delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Delays caused by carrier errors

Additional shipping charges to re-send returned orders due to incorrect addresses
If you notice an error immediately after purchasing, email us as soon as possible.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed to USPS or another carrier, it is in their care.
If your shipment is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please:

Contact the carrier first (they can access GPS delivery scans)

We will help support the process, but we cannot replace stolen packages.
For high-value items (malas, crystals, ritual tools), we recommend selecting a shipping option with insurance.
Damaged Items
We package every item with care. If your item arrives damaged:

Take clear photos of the item and packaging

Email us within 7 days of delivery

We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit, depending on availability
Handmade malas and jewelry may show slight natural variations — these are not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the energetic nature of our products, many items are final sale.
We accept returns for:

Incorrect items sent in error

Damaged items (reported within 7 days)

Certain unused/unopened items (case-by-case)
Custom malas, aromatherapy rollers, sprays, open candles, and clearance items are final sale.
