About
The Next Step is a small, live winter integration circle for those who have done a lot of inner work—and feel that something still isn’t fully landing. Many of us have experienced deep inner shifts over the past few years: awakening, healing, insight, initiation. And yet, the question remains: How do I actually live this—especially when life gets hard? This circle offers a supportive, grounded space to help bring what you know out of your head and into your body, nervous system, and daily rhythms—so alignment becomes something you can live from, not something you lose under stress. Together, we’ll work gently with the layers of your being (the koshas): body, energy, mind, wisdom, and presence. Rather than striving for clarity or fixing what feels uncertain, we’ll meet your lived experience with compassion, honesty, and steady attention—allowing integration to happen naturally. This is not a course or a certification. It’s a live, relational container for real integration—where self-trust can rebuild and wisdom can settle into how you actually show up in your life. What to Expect Each 90-minute live session includes: *A grounding opening ritual *Embodied teaching and reflection *An experiential integration practice *Spacious time for presence and gentle witnessing Everything is invitational. Nothing is forced. This is about staying connected to yourself—together.
