This experiential class explores embodied feminine leadership as a grounded, inclusive way of leading with integrity, connection, and care. Through gentle movement, breath, sound, and guided reflection, you’ll feel what it’s like to lead from wholeness—and carry that embodied knowing into your relationships, work, and service in the world.
Rather than pushing or performing, this is an invitation to listen, respond, and lead from presence. To trust your inner wisdom. To lead in a way that is both powerful and deeply human.
