Join Mindy at True Nature Healing Arts in Carbondale, CO every Friday for an inspiring yoga class that will reconnect you with your heart, heal your body and clear your mind. By letting the divine feminine energy, Shakti, guide your practice, you will explore asana (poses), tap into your intuition and clear energy blockages leaving you feeling refreshed, free to be you and ready for the rest of your day.
Mindy has been teaching yoga for 24 years and incorporates the many facets of yoga into her teachings far beyond just the poses and proper alignment. You will experience Shakti (divine creative energy within), mantra, mudra, living philosophy, Vedic wisdom, the chakra system and so much more when you attend her inspiring classes.
