The Courage It Takes to Be You: Lunar Eclipse in Leo & Durga’s Steady Strength

Just a week ago, we gathered under the Solar Eclipse guided by Lalita.
Lalita softened us.
She opened the heart.
She reminded us that love is not something we chase—it is something we remember and live.
That eclipse felt like a doorway into devotion.
Now we approach a very different threshold.
On March 3, we experience a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse, fully visible from North America. From the perspective of Jyotisha (Vedic Astrology), this eclipse falls in Leo—the sign of identity, creative expression, courage, and the heart. In Jyotisha, the lunar eclipse in Leo carries deep spiritual meaning around identity, courage, and heart-centered sovereignty.
Where the solar eclipse illuminated new light, the lunar eclipse reveals what is no longer aligned.
And just to deepen the invitation, Mercury goes retrograde on February 26.
Some will say the Universe is in chaos.
It isn’t chaos.
It’s purification.

Lunar Eclipse Energy in Leo: Identity Under Illumination
In Vedic astrology, Leo governs the sovereign self. The inner fire. The place where your heart and your identity meet.
A lunar eclipse does not gently whisper.
It reveals.
It can bring emotional waves, unexpected clarity, or discomfort around where we have been:
Performing instead of living
Pleasing instead of honoring
Hiding instead of shining
When identity begins to shift, the ego resists. Old roles surface. Fear of visibility rises. Approval patterns become obvious.
This is not punishment.
This is revelation.
The old ways are starting to feel uncomfortable—not to hurt you, but to show you where you are outgrowing yourself.
We can’t keep hiding in smallness.
We can’t keep staying in environments that ignore our innate gifts.
We can’t keep dimming our light in relationships that diminish our joy.
We can’t keep silencing the calling that has been whispering for years.
The eclipse does not force change.
It illuminates what is ready.
Mercury Retrograde: Review, Not Ruin
Then Mercury goes retrograde and slows everything down.

Retrograde energy is not cosmic punishment.
It is review.
Conversations may resurface.
Old decisions may be reconsidered.
Communication may require more patience.
When eclipse revelation meets retrograde reflection, something powerful happens:
We are given time to realign before reacting.
This is heart coherence.
This is sacred pause.
This is where Durga enters.
Durga: The Courage to Stand in Your Truth

Durga is not reactive.
She does not panic when identity shakes.
She stands.
Durga protects the heart that Lalita opened.
She teaches strength without aggression. Boundaries without hardness. Courage without performance.
Under a Leo eclipse, we may feel exposed.
Durga reminds us:
You do not need to perform authenticity.
You need to protect it.
This is the courage it takes to be you.
Not louder.
Not more dramatic.
More aligned.
More steady.
More true.
Durga does not rush transformation.
She stabilizes you while it unfolds.
Embodying the Gift of This Moment
I am not an astrologer, and I don’t believe we need to become experts in planetary movements to benefit from them.
What matters is how we integrate the energy moving through us.
Instead of witnessing collective shifts from the sidelines, we can embody their gifts.
This eclipse corridor invites:
Releasing outdated identities
Strengthening inner boundaries
Standing more firmly in your truth
Choosing alignment over approval
This is not cosmic turbulence.
This is divine timing for being more you.
A Three-Day Durga Practice
To support this transition, I’ll be sharing a simple three-day micro practice inside the SOULutions App (and offering it freely):
March 1 – Prepare
Ask: What role am I ready to release?
Light a candle. Call in steadiness.
March 2 – Observe
Notice emotional waves without reacting.
Pause before speaking. Journal instead.
March 3 – Release & Align
Under the Full Moon, ask:
What truth needs protection now?
What identity am I ready to embody more fully?
Hand to heart. Stand tall. Breathe.
Stand in Your Strength
This Sunday, March 1, we gather virtually for:
Stand in Your Strength: A Durga Goddess Gathering
A sacred space to prepare the nervous system, protect the heart, and root into embodied courage before the eclipse peaks.
If you feel the intensity building, this is your stabilizing field.
And if this season is awakening something deeper—a readiness to stop hiding and live in fuller alignment—this is the heart of the work inside Be More You and the Inner Circle.
This year is not about becoming someone new.
It is about having the courage to be who you have always been.
The eclipse will pass.
The retrograde will complete.
The question that remains is simple:
Will you stand in your strength?
With love,
Mindy 🌙
